Taco Bell Locally Owned & Operated is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive daily operations.

You will hire and develop staff, conduct orientations, plan training, schedule and motivate the team, handle customer issues, and manage budgets and financial plans to meet performance targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and a results-driven mindset are essential for building a healthy store culture and sustaining growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, active listening, coaching, planning, organization, communication, and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and training plans.
• Schedule and deploy the team; address performance issues and resolve customer issues.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans to meet targets; ensure smooth operation and store culture.
• Create a healthy store environment and recognize good performance.
