Job summary

IHOP is seeking a General Manager in Charlotte, NC to direct restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction and company profitability.

You will lead managers and teams, uphold top food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards while achieving sales objectives. Competitive compensation includes a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ current experience in Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to ensure guest experience and profitability.
• Direct and supervise managers and team members to maintain standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
