ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, seeks a Restaurant Manager in Pensacola to lead operations and deliver a memorable guest experience at each Sonny’s location. The role requires managing staff, training, scheduling, and maintaining a safe, engaging atmosphere.

Candidates should have at least two years in restaurant management, strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A 50-hour week may be necessary during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English; able to write routine reports and correspondence.
• At least two years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training and developing team members; schedule and evaluate staff.
• Ensure restaurants have a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
• Serve as the go-to resource for hourly team members and address their concerns.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to assistants and staff so shifts run smoothly.
• Oversee performance and ensure goals are met through follow-up.
• Respond to immediate store needs.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.
• Execute all policies and programs in the store.
• Report information to Area Director with plans of action and goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must be flexible to work a 50-hour workweek; additional hours may be required.
