Position Overview: The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) ensures compliance with company standards across all operational areas, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruitment and retention, financial accountability, and delivering high-quality products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.
• Engage positively with guests to enhance their experience.
• Recruit, hire, develop, motivate team members, and manage work schedules.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for staff and customers, ensuring equipment and facilities are in good condition.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, preparation, and presentation of ingredients and menu items, with a focus on food safety.
• Implement local marketing strategies to increase sales.
• Manage administrative tasks such as employee timekeeping, inventory, cash handling, and sales reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience or training.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Effective communication skills for speaking before groups of customers or employees.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Employees must regularly stand, walk, communicate verbally and non-verbally, and occasionally handle, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical activities such as climbing or stooping. Exposure to cooking fumes and moderate noise levels are possible.
