Responsibilities

• Profitability: Deliver store sales and financial objectives by removing barriers to success. Schedule daily labor requirements to meet business needs and ensure excellent customer service.

• Guest Experience: Connect with the local community through marketing and involvement initiatives.

• People Management: Lead by example, attract and hire team members embodying company values, and manage team performance with effective deployment of labor.

• Operations: Communicate team wins, priorities, and operational changes; ensure food safety standards; maintain food service levels; address performance issues; contribute ideas for productivity and retention.

• Must be at least 18 years old
