Summary Of Responsibilities

• Profitability: Delivering store sales and financial objectives by removing barriers to success. Scheduling daily labor requirements to meet business needs and ensure great customer service.

• Guest: Connecting with the local community through local marketing and community involvement initiatives.

• People: Leading by example, attracting and hiring team members who embody company and brand values, and managing team performance effectively.

• Operations: Communicating team wins, priorities, and operational changes; maintaining food safety standards; leading food service and production; addressing performance issues; contributing ideas for operational improvement.

Qualifications And Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Passion for food and restaurant operations
• Desire to impact customers and team members positively
