Summary Of Responsibilities

Profitability

• Delivering store sales and financial objectives by removing barriers to success.
• Scheduling daily labor requirements to meet business needs and provide excellent customer service.

• Connecting with the local community through local marketing and community involvement initiatives.

• Leading by example and embodying company and brand core values and culture.
• Proactively attracting, hiring, and developing team members aligned with the Arch Fellow profile.
• Serving as a role model for high-quality, hands-on management, including effective labor deployment.

Operations

• Communicating team wins, priorities, and operational changes effectively.
• Ensuring food safety and security standards are met consistently.
• Maintaining food service and production levels through strong BOH and FOH execution.

Qualifications And Skills
