• Profitability: Delivering store sales and financial objectives by removing barriers to success; scheduling daily labor to meet business needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Guest Experience: Connecting with the local community through marketing and involvement initiatives.
• People Management: Leading by example, attracting and hiring team members who embody company values, and managing team performance and development.
• Operations: Communicating team wins and priorities, ensuring food safety standards, maintaining food service levels, addressing performance issues, and contributing ideas for operational improvements.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Passion for food and restaurant operations
