Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a $6M+ upscale or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong passion for guest service with a hands-on, floor-focused leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations with a strong, visible presence on the floor.
• Create and maintain effective service systems that support consistency, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach, motivate, and hold the FOH team accountable to established service and hospitality standards.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and FOH labor to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage guest communications, service recovery, comps, discounts, and other front-of-house concerns.
• Partner closely with shift supervisors, culinary leadership, and senior management to ensure seamless daily execution.
• Develop and support a highly experienced service team through hands-on leadership, feedback, and ongoing training.
• Monitor revenue and service performance while identifying opportunities to strengthen operations and guest satisfaction.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture built on accountability, professionalism, and hospitality.
• Ensure opening, closing, and shift procedures are consistently executed to support smooth daily operations.
