What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional fine dining standards
• Ensure every steak, plate, and guest interaction reflects the brand's commitment to quality
• Build, coach, and retain a polished, high-performing front- and back-of-house team
• Create a positive, accountable culture where team members feel valued and motivated
• Maintain a visible presence in the dining room and develop meaningful relationships with guests
