Nbutexas, an award-winning upscale steakhouse inside a premier luxury hotel in downtown Nashville, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of high-volume restaurant management, strong financial acumen, and a hands-on leadership style focused on culture and service excellence. This role offers a competitive base salary with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining or upscale steakhouse environment.
• Strong preference for a current restaurant general manager.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-volume restaurant operations.
• Strong financial management skills, including labor, food and beverage cost controls, and P&L accountability.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills.
