Nbutexas in Gaithersburg, MD, is seeking a General Manager to lead our upscale, high-volume dining operation, delivering outstanding guest experiences and strong operational performance.

The right leader will blend business acumen, people development and a passion for hospitality and wine culture, ensuring the restaurant not only meets but exceeds expectations. Food Manager Certification is required; hospitality or culinary degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years management experience in high-volume, upscale dining.

• Lead FOH & BOH operations with excellence and professionalism.

• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor forecasting & cost controls.
