GOAT Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation and elevate guest experiences. You will hire, train, and coach staff while managing costs, quality, and safety.

The role offers a competitive salary in the range of $50,000–$55,000 with performance bonuses up to $18,000, plus medical/dental/vision insurance, meal benefits, paid vacation, education assistance, a 401(k) with company match, and employee discounts.
