Job summary

Goat Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead shift managers and team members, ensure consistent food quality, and deliver an outstanding guest experience in Seymour, Indiana. You’ll partner with the General Manager to optimize service flow, manage opening/closing duties, and uphold company standards.

This role emphasizes people leadership, inventory and cost controls, adherence to food safety, and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
