Job summary

The Taco Bell franchise is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, build a strong team, and deliver great food with a friendly experience. You will lead hiring, onboarding, and training while managing staffing, budgets, and financial plans to drive store performance.

You will be responsible for scheduling, coaching on performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent operations and team development.

Responsibilities

• Find, hire and develop Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Conduct new hire orientation and developing the training plan for each new hire.
• Schedule and deploy the Team correctly, addressing performance issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Interact well with customers, Taco Bell management and the restaurant team.
