Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for its Pittsburgh-area restaurant locations. The role is field‑based and requires a technical leader who collaborates with Operations to keep restaurants safe and efficient.

You will manage preventative maintenance programs, diagnose issues with HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment, decide on in‑house vs vendor repairs, and control maintenance costs while upholding brand

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel tri-state area (OH, PA, WV).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment; basic electrical/plumbing.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally versus through approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
