Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. This role emphasizes being in the field, solving problems, and partnering with Operations to keep restaurants safe and efficient.

You will manage preventative maintenance, diagnose HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment issues, decide whether repairs are internal or via vendors, and coordinate with General Managers and Area

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi-unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the tri-state area of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, generally within a two-hour driving radius, with the majority of work concentrated in the Pittsburgh area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Handle basic electrical and plumbing systems as needed.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally versus through approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo or a similar system.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
