Qualifications

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences.
• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Take action: Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management.
• Be results oriented: delegate tasks and report results.
• Lead the experience: support the General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards in Kitchen, People, and Service areas.
• Kitchen- supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items.
• People- hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Service- deliver a memorable guest experience by training staff and organizing service areas.
• Understand that teamwork is key: partner with restaurant team to ensure safe operations.
