Qualifications

• Previous McDonald's Management experience is preferred.
• McDonald's LT, Food Safety and OTP courses are preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead shifts and departmental teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, safe, friendly service.
• Oversee Guest Service, Kitchen and People departments and staff scheduling.
• Train staff according to McDonald's standards and motivate the team.
