Job summary

McDonald's franchisee-operated restaurant in New Jersey is seeking a Department Manager to lead guest service, kitchen, and people departments and to support the General Manager in achieving performance and quality standards.

You will supervise training, food safety, and inventory management, hire and schedule staff, and ensure safe, fast, and friendly service in a high-volume setting. Prior managerial experience preferred; must be 18+ to work as a manager.

Qualifications

• Management experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
• Positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun and work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Delegate tasks to team members and report results to managers.
• Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in Kitchen, People, and Service areas.
• Ensure safe and efficient operations in collaboration with the restaurant team.
