Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure all menu items are prepared, portioned and presented hygienically.
• Lead shift readiness, plan, inspect and guide staff.
• Direct the shift, maintain standards during peak times.
• Follow up on performance, guest concerns and maintenance issues.
