Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a Shift Leader to support management in achieving restaurant goals by enforcing policies and guiding the team. You will lead a hands-on shift to ensure hot food served fast with a friendly team and maintain 100% guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma and ideally 1 year in food service. You will report to the General Manager or Manager on duty and interact with store staff and home office departments.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience preferably in the food service industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly according to procedures and health regulations.
• Lead shift readiness with thorough planning, inspection, and anticipate challenges.
• Direct your shift by guiding staff and resolving food or service issues during the rush.
• Follow up with management on employee performance, guest concerns, and maintenance needs.
