You will set up each shift for success, communicate expectations to staff, and correct issues quickly while upholding sanitation and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in food service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure menu items are prepared, portioned and presented properly according to procedures and health regulations.
• Shift readiness: plan, inspect, and anticipate challenges for each shift.
• Direct your shift by leading the team, maintaining standards, and addressing issues promptly.
• Follow up by communicating performance, guest concerns, and maintenance needs to management.
