Job summary

• Ensures that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe and sanitary manner according to procedures and health regulations.
• Shift Readiness – set up each shift for success through planning, inspection and anticipation of challenges.
• Direct Your Shift – lead a great shift with attitude, enthusiasm and adaptability while maintaining standards.
• Follow Up – measure shift results and communicate issues to management.
