Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Tennessee seeks a Restaurant Operations Manager to assist the General Manager in achieving planned sales and profits. You will direct staff to ensure guest satisfaction, enforce policies, and uphold standards for quality, safety and service.

Responsible for planning, scheduling, training, payroll, and operating expenses, you will work with regional leadership to deliver a positive work environment and consistent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years’ managerial experience preferred in the food service industry.
• Ability to plan, train staff, and manage performance.
• Strong guest focus and sound decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing operations and staffing.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to standards and safety guidelines.
• Oversee staff performance, scheduling, and training.
