Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly to standards.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance reviews for dining room staff.
• Oversee payroll, cash handling, food costs, and operating expenses.
• Attend management meetings and support achievement of sales/profit objectives.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and supervise safety, sanitation, and facility upkeep.
