Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery seeks an experienced restaurant supervisor/manager to assist the General Manager in achieving sales and profit goals. You will lead dining room staff, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and drive guest satisfaction through effective leadership and operations management.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, payroll and cost control, presenting at management meetings, and maintaining a high-quality guest experience during busy hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• Experience in food service is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Ensure menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented safely and according to standards.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance reviews for dining room staff.
• Ensure accurate financial data including payroll, cash handling, and expenses.
• Attend unit management meetings and present requested information.
