Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an hourly Associate Manager to lead daily restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under exempt management. This role promotes brand standards and guest satisfaction, while helping manage labor, inventory, safety, and training.

You will contribute to a friendly, clean, and efficient dining experience and be a valued member of our leadership team. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in hospitality, a high school diploma, and a willingness to work a flexible

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or retail/hospitality.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to work flexible schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under exempt management.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling, and guest service standards.
• Train and develop Team Members, ensuring safety, sanitation and quality.
• Support labor, inventory, and cost objectives while maintaining guest satisfaction.
