Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an Associate Manager to lead daily restaurant operations during shifts under exempt management. You will uphold brand standards, guide Team Members, and ensure guest satisfaction while driving profitability.

This role schedules 40 hours per week and acts as a role model for our BURGER values. Ideal candidates are at least 21 years old with prior supervisory experience in hospitality, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in a hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or retail/hospitality environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts under exempt management.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly to protect brand equity and guest loyalty.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and supervising Team Members; ensure adherence to policies and safety standards.
