SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running a fast-paced drive-in restaurant. You will coach team members, ensure safe and clean operations, and help deliver quality food and guest experiences.

Responsibilities include opening/closing shifts, scheduling, inventory checks, training staff, and handling guest requests with professionalism. You will uphold policies, monitor service standards, and drive sales growth through teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and multi-task with autonomy.
• Willingness to adhere to SONIC appearance and hygiene standards.

Responsabilités

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Coach and supervise Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and adjust staffing.
• Monitor inventory, food cost, and scheduling.
• Ensure quality, cleanliness and safety in every shift.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints.
