Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.

• Able to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions.
• Able to work all shifts including open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders—prioritize people and restaurant goals.
• Create memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits.
• Balance high-quality guest and employee experience with financial goals.
• Welcome new team members and provide training.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for staff.
• Grow shift supervisors' capabilities for progression.
• Recognize and celebrate team successes regularly.
• Coach brand service behaviors and provide timely feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.
• Ensure product quality and operation standards are met.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager on improvement plans.
• Review daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and place product orders as needed.
• Evaluate cost controls and adjust as necessary.
• Monitor labor and production planning and adjust as needed.
• Schedule creation and onboarding of new team members.
• Address employee needs and conduct Operational Assessments.
