Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to operate the Hardee’s location in a supportive, hands-on role. You will lead crew and management, uphold service, food quality and safety standards, and drive profitability through efficient staffing and operations.

The manager will hire and train staff, manage schedules, coach performance, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a positive, family-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain high service standards.
• Wamiliarity with food safety and cleanliness expectations.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff aligned with company standards.
• Schedule staff to meet guest demand and minimize labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship across the team.
• Conduct meetings to review procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Oversee cash handling and accurate reporting.
