Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead and motivate staff at our Hardee's location. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure food quality and safety, and manage operations with a focus on profitability.

You will interview, train, and develop crew, schedule shifts, control labor and inventory, and uphold company standards across the restaurant. Join a team that values service, teamwork, and growth.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of management experience.
• Leadership experience managing restaurant staff.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Availability to work all shifts and weekends.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Aufgaben

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standard.
• Ensure cash handling and adherence to procedures.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings as needed to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc.
