• Partner with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC standards are met.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers and cash handling.
• Review inventory for ordering.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and scheduling; onboarding of new staff.
• Create and monitor schedules and onboarding processes.
