Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members; resolve issues per Burger King standards.
• Able to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make decisions.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and creates product orders.
• Evaluates cost controls and adjusts as needed.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes adjustments.
• Creates schedules and manages onboarding of new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
