Job summary

Burger King in Boston seeks a capable supervisor/manager to lead shift operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will guide team members, train staff, and ensure quality, service and cleanliness standards are consistently met.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.

• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and ordering processes.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and on-boarding of new hires.
• Create and monitor schedules and training plans.
• Address employee needs and conduct operational assessments.
