Job summary

Burger King is hiring at our Lowell, MA location for a hands-on supervisory role. You will lead a fast-paced team, deliver exceptional guest service, and ensure daily operations meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to train and coach staff across all shifts to drive results at a growing Burger King franchise.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to motivate employees and manage conflicts.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
