Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders—puts people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences with a high-quality service.
• Administer operations to balance guest experience and financial goals.
• Welcomes new team members and provides training.
• Leads team huddles to motivate and inform.
• Coaches staff and ensures ongoing training.
• Prepares shift supervisors for advancement.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and cost controls; adjusts as needed.
• Monitors scheduling and onboarding of new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and assessments.
