Qualifications

• Keep the restaurant welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards.
• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and scheduling; adjust as needed.
• Create schedules and onboard new team members.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs.
