Job summary

AES Restaurants in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team and deliver a positive guest experience, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. Your leadership will set the tone when you're in charge, and your crew will count on you to drive performance.

You will hire, train, and coach the team, utilize AES systems to run operations smoothly, and help set and meet goals for service, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
• Ability to perform the following motions: Bending, Squatting, Twisting, Pulling, Reaching

Responsibilities

• 1. Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
• 2. Hire, train & coach the team
• 3. Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
• 4. Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
• 5. Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
