Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Rolla, Missouri is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, delivering quality food, a clean environment, and a great guest experience. You will lead and train the team, schedule and monitor staffing and inventory, handle opening/closing duties, and ensure safety, sanitation, and excellent service, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The right candidate has restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train and supervise staff.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills needed.
• Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Target guest satisfaction and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
