Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year in entry-level retail management.
• Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills.

• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and develop Great People serving a SuperSONIC experience.
• Lead guest service efforts to ensure a positive visit for every guest.
• Provide frontline coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Manage staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control.
• Complete opening/closing duties and maintain safety standards.
• Support administrative tasks and record-keeping as needed.
