Sonic Drive-In in Festus, MO seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily drive-in operations alongside the General Manager. You’ll hire, train, and develop Great People to deliver a quality, safe, and fast Sonic experience for every guest.

You’ll lead with a Fair, Firm, Fun approach, coach for performance, manage shift quality, and help optimize performance with strong leadership and communication. Irregular hours including nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience; restaurant or retail industry preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Responsabilités

• Assist with hiring, training, and developing staff.
• Supervise and direct team to deliver a SuperSONIC experience.
• Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Assist with profit and loss management to exceed targets.
