Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• 1-3 years of management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great guest experiences by ensuring staff follow processes and policies.
• Create and manage staff schedules following company standards and local laws.
• Supervise and coach team members to meet quarterly goals and uphold quality and cleanliness.
• Communicate performance feedback to the General Manager and assist with reviews.
• Foster a positive culture and resolve guest or team concerns promptly and respectfully.
• Maintain compliance with guidelines and safety procedures across daily operations.
