Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Zaxbys restaurant to lead daily operations and deliver great guest experiences while upholding standards. You’ll train and coach teammates and manage schedules to ensure efficient service and compliance with policies.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. We offer bonuses, meals, PTO, holidays, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• 1-3 years management experience required.
