Zax LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high guest satisfaction and adherence to operational standards. You will manage staffing, training, and coaching to drive performance and maintain a positive, productive team culture.

Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising staff, enforcing food safety, and achieving quarterly goals while upholding company policies and local regulations. Prior restaurant management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess leadership qualities and organizational skills
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others; restaurant management experience preferred
• Open availability, 5 days a week, 32–48 hours weekly
• Successful completion of background check

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including: Assistant Manager Development Plan, Food Safety Certification and Manager Certification
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations
• Create effective work schedules following company standards and local laws
• Plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations
• Supervise, lead, and coach team members to meet quarterly goals
• Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards; ensure compliance with guidelines
