You will supervise schedules, training, and adherence to standards while driving a positive team culture and safe, compliant service. The position offers growth potential and benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1–3 years management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Plan and delegate shift assignments following company standards and local laws.
• Supervise and coach team members to perform at their highest level and meet goals.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Maintain schedules and communicate expectations; manage performance concerns.
• Handle guest and team concerns promptly and respectfully.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
