Zax LLC is seeking a General Manager for our Raleigh, NC area to lead restaurant operations, guide a dedicated team, and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee staffing, training, and daily processes to uphold brand standards while managing costs and optimizing profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to training and development.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills; able to interact cooperatively with others.
• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience; restaurant management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to build a positive culture and high team morale.
• Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, training, and development.
• Drive sales growth while controlling labor costs and maintaining standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety guidelines, and local laws.
• Conduct performance reviews for crew and assist with managers’ reviews.
