Job summary

You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and daily numbers, maintain HACCP logs, and ensure cleanliness and product quality. This hands-on role drives guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are delivered.
• Partner with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to inform product orders and cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and production planning and adjust as needed.
• Create schedules and manage onboarding of new team members.
• Implement plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
