Habit Burger & Grill is hiring an Assistant Manager in Utah. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-energy team, and drive sales through excellent guest experiences.

You’ll train staff, manage schedules, monitor labor and food costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, while supporting a strong culture that promotes internal growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and managing shifts.
• Strong guest-service focus with conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food-safety standards.
